Dear sirs, We had a wonderful safari! Dear sirs, Dear Sir/madame, Dear sirs, Dear sirs, Dear Sirs Dear sirs,
After we had enjoyed your hospitality and company, we moved on from The Great Rift Valley Lodge to Lewa Downs.
The landscape was changing, with more agriculture.
Lewa Downs is a superb place, in all aspects: the conservancy project, the landscape, the lodge, the local driver-guide Tom, the wildlife (reticulated giraffes, Grevy's zebras, white rhinos, cheetahs ...).
We stayed there for three nights which gave us the opportunity to value and enjoy all what the place has to offer.
That is probably the reason why Lewa Downs sits on top of our lodges' hit parade!
We then moved on towards Amboseli.
At that point, Hezron replaced Gideon as driver-guide for the reason that we know.
Hezron is not yet quite as good as Gideon, who is really super, but we rapidly learned to appreciate each other and truly enjoyed his capabilities and company for the remaining of our trip.
Again, the drive through changing sceneries was a treat, especially driving through the rich and fertile area between Sagana and Thika.
As planned, we had lunch at the Carnivore in Nairobi: quite something!
With our best regards.

The itinerary you set for us was an inspired choice and our safari truly became a journey whereon we learned more about rarer species, the country and ourselves.
The day trip to Lakes Jipe and Chala allowed us to observe a culture and environment little changed for many years.
The night game drives were sheer magic and the early morning walk with the Masai was a memorable privilege, making me feel that I had been allowed to touch the country.
I have to make a special mention of your camp Satao Rock.
It is a place of enchantment and the staff made us feel like honoured guests as opposed to customers.
As on previous safaris, Gideon was a great guide/driver demonstrating his extensive knowledge and experience.
Many thanks to you and all your staff for ensuring that our personal safari was once again a unique and special event.
We look forward to booking with you next year.

We have recently returned from an amazing safari in Tsavo East.
We decided to get married in Mombasa and then spent our honeymoon at Satao Camp after numerous recommendations.
The booking of our safari and upgrade to the Connoisseur package was very well organised by Philip Kasavo and our stay exceeded
all our expectations.
We would especially like to thank our guide and driver, Gideon Kiluma. We were so impressed by Gideon’s knowledge & experience
of the land and wildlife.
We learnt a lot about the animals as well as the habitat – he took a lot of time to ensure that we experienced as much as we could.
Nothing was too much trouble for him.
It was Gideon’s passion for the land, in depth knowledge and his unique ability to locate wildlife that gave us numerous sightings and made our short stay in Tsavo East so memorable.
We would also like to thank Gideon (and staff at Satao Camp) for arranging the Sundowner – it was a very special evening.
Please pass on our appreciation to Gideon and to everyone at the camp who made our safari so special.
This was our first experience of travelling with Southern Cross Safaris and we can confidently say that we would recommend you (and in particular, Gideon) to others without hesitation.
Many thanks and kind regards,

Esspecialy The game drives where extremely good thanks to the driver and gide mister Gideon Kiluma, he realy made our holiday very special, he did answer all our questions and told us a lot about all the wildlife.
His excellend driving did make us feel very safe. He spotted wildlife long before we knew it was there and helped us to make a lot of beautifull pictures.
Many thanks!
Kind regards
I just wanted to say how excellent Gideon Kikuma was when he led our Safari drive on 27th/28th September 1998 to Tsavo National Park.
He was extremely knowledgeable, he spotted animals we would not have seen, he explained life style which added extra in trust and he was extremely helpful and friendly.
We thorghly enjoyed our trip in Kenya.
We congratulate him because he really deserves

During our holidays in Kenya we made a Safari starting on 26th of July.
In the evening of 25th we met our Guide Gideon in the Lobby of our Hotel for the fist time.
It was a pleasant meeting him and told us something about our trip we would make.
The next morning my family of 2 adults and 2 children started the great Kenya safari.
We have surprised about the knowledge Gideon had. As showed us his country and everything we saw on the whole trip He made our Holyday unforgettable.
Through his understanding we now felt unsafe through our trip.
We promise to have him as our guide in future when we visit Kenya again.

Please allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Tracef Clarke and I live in Brishane, Australia.
I have recently completed an 8 day tour of Kenya with your tour Company.
I’m an arid lover of wildlife and Kenya has held great appeal to me since I was a child.
From the moment I arrived at the airport in Nairobi, I was impressed with professionalism of Gideon who transferred me from the airport to the Stanley Hotel.
I have worked in advertising /media industry within Australia for over 22 years and I understand how vital public relations is to any Company expecially one in tourism.
It was an excellent experience and one that I will definitely recommend to others.
I feel in this day and age, people are quick to complain about services but never seem to take the time to contact companies and show their appreciation for jobs well done.
I have started to once again save so that I can return to Africa again within the next year or so.
Yours Sincerely
